The Calumet Wolverines are a source of pride and tradition for the small, upper peninsula town of Calumet, Michigan. It’s a hockey legacy that stretches over 100 years and a competitive passion that fuels the town’s population. With a new era of Wolverines and a fancy new tourney coming to town, we added a bit more ferocity and fun to the team’s identity and then brought that out in fan gear and team jerseys. We ignited some excitement for the winner’s trophy, creating a tournament identity that called out the special town of Calumet and that unique yooper spirit.
